The chamber’s concert series was a huge success. The chamber would like to give a special thanks to Jim Mazzarella, Suffolk County legislator, for their generous donation, as well as the Center Moriches Library for sponsoring the concerts, the Center Moriches School District and Paul Haines for allowing them to use the Sailors and Soldiers Park in East Moriches.
“Without their donations, we could not hold these events in our community,” chamber president Jackie Osbourne said. “We also had some fabulous bands that performed for us.”
Bands included Hot Water Street Band, Jimmy Osborne and the Chain Reaction Band, Bubba Jam Blues Band, Milagro, Easy Street, Sitting Ducks, & Souled Out.

The Veterans Day parade will be held on Nov. 10 in East Moriches. If you know a veteran who would like to march in the parade, or you would like to sponsor, please send an email to info@moricheschamber.org.
