Nine and Dine with Moriches Community Center

Moriches Community Center will hold its third annual Nine and Dine Golf Invitational on Thursday, Oct. 10 at Rock Hill Country Club in Manorville. The event is one of the major fundraisers for the community nonprofit, which recently moved into a permanent space at the new town recreation center on Frowein Road in Center Moriches.

The event includes nine holes of golf at Rock Hill, a dinner, open bar, raffles, and more at the country club. There will be prizes for the several contests held on the course. Registration begins at 2:30 p.m. and the first tee off is at 3 p.m. with dinner to follow. Tickets are $150 per golfer or $600 for a foursome. If golf isn’t your thing but want to have a great dinner, you can get a dinner ticket for $60. Sponsorships are available for the event from $50 to $1,500. 

Money raised at the event will go toward the programs which have been established in the organization’s new headquarters, like the after-school chill zone and evening programs.
