Don’t miss the St. Patrick’s Day parade!

This year’s Moriches Chamber of Commerce St. Patrick’s Day Parade grand marshal has been announced as George Keller. The 20th annual parade will take place on Sunday, March 10 at 2 p.m. on Main Street.

Keller, a dedicated community member, originally moved to Center Moriches from Brentwood in 1976 with his wife, Terry. Together they raised two sons, Frederick and Patrick. Today, they live in Center Moriches and have two grandsons as well.

The parade begins on Lake Avenue and ends at Railroad Avenue and includes floats, fire departments, and pipe and drum bands. The chamber’s dinner will be held on March 8 at 7 p.m. Tickets are $75 per person. For more information or to request to be part of the parade, visit www.moricheschamber.org.
